The Resilience Expo 2025 offers regional, national, and international companies, research institutions, and networks a unique opportunity to present their products, technologies, and services for climate adaptation. 

Whether it is water infrastructure, climate-resilient buildings, consultancy services, or digital tools – exhibitors meet decision-makers from politics, public administration, science, and industry. 

Participation is free of charge. The 2025 application period is now closed.

Due to limited space at the venue, exhibitors were selected based on the following criteria: 

• Relevance to the topic of climate adaptation 

• Degree of innovation and scalability of the solution 

• Relevance for the target audience and practical applicability 

• Diversity and balance of themes and providers 

All submissions were carefully reviewed by the Expo team to create a diverse and inspiring exhibition portfolio.

Booth Layout & Exhibition Areas 

The exhibition will be distributed across multiple zones within the Zeughaus.
Spaces of various sizes are available. After the selection process, the Expo team will coordinate directly with exhibitors to finalize booth placement. 

Equipment & Technology 

Basic equipment for all exhibitors includes: 

• Table and 2 chairs or high table and 2 bar stools 

• Power connection (220 V, incl. 1 socket) 

• Nameplate with exhibitor logo 

• Wi-Fi access 

Setup, Logistics & Transport 

• Setup day: Sunday, 22. June 2025 – specific time slots to follow 

• Dismantling: Immediately after the event on 23. June 2025 

Please note: 

• Time slot management will be in place for deliveries 

• Loading zones are accessible only within limited time frames 

• Transport equipment (e.g. pallet trucks) is available in limited quantity
